Meals made for slow mornings
The on-site restaurant and coffee house sit where the view does most of the work: glass, timber, and the lake beyond it. Breakfast is the anchor of the day, and good coffee arrives while the mist is still on the water.
- Breakfast, early
- The restaurant and coffee house are open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, while mist is still sitting on the water. Breakfast can also be brought to your room if you would rather not move far: order by phone or messaging by 8:00 AM the same morning, or by 9:00 PM the evening before, and it is served at no extra charge.
- Local and Asian cooking
- Lunch is served daily from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The menu moves between local and Asian dishes and international or European plates, cooked simply and served without ceremony.
- Halal and special diets
- Halal options and special diet meals are available on request. Kids' meals can be arranged for younger guests.
- Bar, snacks and in-room
- A bar and snack bar cover the hours in between. Rooms have a minibar and tea and coffee facilities. Fruit, wine or champagne are available at an additional charge.
